I’m so happy I got to participate in John's challenge because I see changes in me mentally and physically already. Before I took this on, I was eating unhealthy and always giving up after like 2 days of working out. I was tried of being in a bad cycle and always feeling bloated or getting stomach aches because of the crap I ate. Most of all I was tired of not loving the person in the mirror. When he invited me do this challenge it was that extra push I needed to make this lifestyle change. I already knew I wanted to workout. I just didn't know how to. (Like workouts and what kind of diet I should be on) I have learned many new workouts that I will be using from now on! Also have a brand new mindset on things! I have felt sore all week of course but also the greatest my body has ever felt. I'm absolutely obsessed with eating healthy now. Of course I'lI probably have a cheat day every once in a while for the things I really love but for the most part this girl is gonna be filling her body up with the good stuff. This challenge has truly changed my life because now I have the tools I need and I'm more pumped then ever to getting closer to my dream body. I will always be grateful towards John for giving me that extra push so I can be closer to my goals. I 100% recommend John as a trainer!

John I have never EVER Had this happen without the aid of perscipsction first pills. I have tried it all over 48 + years. Not that I. Older and had hysterectomy and have hormones to deal with getting weight off is even harder.. I'm totally shocked!!!

I especially enjoyed the mobility work in the beginning, especially coming off an 8-10 week hiatus due to the hip surgery. I feel like that helped me more than physical therapy ever would have. The second phase was great! Because of the foundation from the first phase, I felt stronger and more confident in my lifts. The meal plan was perfect
